In a city known for festivals and celebrations, New Orleans is the perfect place to host a Krewe de Pink event. So join us for one of our events - we have something for everyone!

Pink Bra Run 2026
Date to be announced

Picture in your mind a sea of participants dressed up in decorated pink bras to run/walk/stroll/bike a 5K race along the Mississippi River levee with the beautiful New Orleans skyline in the background. You can even participate virtually. The 5K is followed by an awards ceremony with beer and food for the participants. If you are familiar with New Orleanians and their costumes, then this event is sure to be a sight - even the dogs wear bras!

Death By Chocolate…NOT Breast Cancer
4 October 2025

A chocolate tasting with champagne, live jazz music and a competition to choose the Best chocolate creation. Sample chocolate creations, both sweet and savory while enjoying a good time with raffles, a photo station to capture the moment and a chocolate demo station to sample even more chocolate! Doors open early for VIP guests allowing them exclusive access with special takeaways!

Get Involved

Krewe de Pink could not exist or produce events without the help of volunteers, members and sponsors. Krewe de Pink was formed in 2015 and officially became a tax exempt nonprofit charity in the state of Louisiana that same year. We now raise money for the Tulane Cancer Center's efforts for fighting breast cancer.

"Krewe de Pink is a perfect example of how our community partnerships both impact and direct our research initiatives," said Prescott Deininger, PhD, Associate Director for Basic Sciences. "Their passion for this cause is what generates the unrestricted funds that allow our researchers to pursue theories and projects they might not have been able to otherwise. We can only capitalize on these unique opportunities because of the support of community advocates like Krewe de Pink, and we are extremely grateful. Simply put, we can't do all that we want to without them."

MemberSHIP

Members are the life blood of our organization. They are our volunteers and leaders and their dues go towards our operating expenses so 100% of our event proceeds goes to our charity.
